With Lunoa, you can easily deposit and withdraw cash at thousands of partner points across Europe.

To deposit cash:

• Find a partner point near you using the app
• Go to the counter and present your card or app QR code
• Hand over the cash to the cashier
• The amount is credited instantly to your account

To withdraw cash:

• Use any ATM displaying the Mastercard or Visa logo
• Insert your card and enter your PIN
• Select the amount you wish to withdraw
• Take your cash and card

Fees: First 5 withdrawals per month are free. After that, €0.50 per withdrawal.

Depositing a cheque has never been easier with Lunoa's mobile app. No need to visit a branch.

Step-by-step guide:

• Open the Lunoa app on your smartphone
• Tap on "Deposit a cheque" from the home screen
• Endorse the cheque by signing the back
• Take a photo of the front of the cheque
• Take a photo of the back of the cheque
• Confirm the amount and submit

The funds will be available within 2 business days. You will receive a notification once the deposit is complete.

Limits: Maximum €1,000 per cheque, €3,000 per month.

Send money to friends, family, or businesses in seconds with Lunoa's transfer system.

Standard SEPA transfer (1-2 business days):

• Go to "Transfers" in your app or web dashboard
• Select "New transfer"
• Enter the recipient's IBAN and name
• Enter the amount in EUR or other European currencies
• Add a reference (optional)
• Confirm with your PIN or biometrics

Instant transfer (within seconds):

• Follow the same steps but select "Instant transfer"
• Available 24/7, including weekends and holidays
• Small fee applies: €0.49 per instant transfer

Free SEPA transfers to any bank account in the SEPA zone.

If you lose your card or suspect fraudulent activity, you can block it immediately.

To block your card:

• Open the Lunoa app
• Go to "Cards" section
• Select the card you want to block
• Tap "Block card"
• Confirm your choice

To unblock your card (if found):

• Follow the same steps
• Tap "Unblock card"
• Your card will be instantly reactivated

For permanent loss, contact our support immediately to order a replacement card. Replacement fees may apply.

To exchange currency:

• Go to "Exchange" in the app
• Select the currencies you want to convert
• Enter the amount
• Confirm the exchange

Fee: 0.2% for currency exchange (waived for Metal card holders).

Your security is our priority. Follow these best practices to keep your Lunoa account safe.

Strong passwords:

• Use at least 12 characters with letters, numbers, and symbols
• Never reuse passwords across different services
• Change your password every 3-6 months

Two-factor authentication (2FA):

• Enable 2FA in your security settings
• Use an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator)
• Never share verification codes with anyone

Recognize phishing attempts:

• Lunoa will never ask for your password or PIN by email or SMS
• Check the sender's email address carefully
• Never click on suspicious links
• Always type lunoa.com directly in your browser

What to do if you suspect fraud:

• Immediately block your card via the app
• Contact our support team
• Change your password
